Investing in a mutual fund has a number of advantages, including: professional investment management, high liquidity, economies of scale, higher portfolio diversification and, last but not least, ability to access capital markets with small amount of capital.
You can select one or more mutual funds to Your Fondpolica, where a part of your insurance premium shall be invested. Depending on its investment objectives and risk level each Fund has a different profit potential.
Mutual funds, linked to our Life insurance, are managed by a management company “Select Asset Management” EAD (www.selectam.bg) where investment decisions are taken by experienced financial professionals.
MF Select Bonds is a conservative investment scheme investing mainly in financial instruments traded at Bulgarian capital market. The Fund may invest up to 95% of its assets in fixed-income securities, up to 20%-in equities and up to 10%-in other transferable securities.
The main objectives of the Fund are preserving and increasing investments value in long-term period while taking minimal risk and ensuring maximum liquidity of unitholders’ investments.
Select Bonds is suitable for investors with a conservative risk mindset who are seeking high liquidity, a stable income on their savings while undertaking lower risk. The recommended investment horizon is at least 3 years.
MF Select Balance is a balanced investment scheme investing mainly in financial instruments of Bulgarian companies. The Fund may invest up to 50% in equities, up to 50%-in fixed-income securities and up to 10%-in other transferable securities.
Main objective of the Fund is to provide unitholders increasing of their investments’ value by obtaining capital gain while assuming moderate risk.
Select Balance is suitable for investors with a balanced investment mindset, who are willing to invest part of their money in diversified portfolio of securities and are seeking higher income while assuming moderate risk. The recommended investment horizon is at least 5 years.
MF Select Regional is investment scheme with higher risk profile that invest in financial instruments mainly issued by companies from Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and Turkey. The Fund may invest up to 90%-in equities and up to 10%- in transferable securities.
The main objectives of the Fund are to provide high liquidity and to increase investments’ value by maximizing income while assuming moderate to high risk.
Select Regional is suitable for investors with higher risk-appetite who seek high long-term income while assuming significant risk. The recommended investment horizon is at least 7 years.
As a Policyholder of Fondpolica You are exposed to the impact of financial markets fluctuations and You bear the investment risk during the contract. You should be aware that units’ value, respectively the income obtained, may decrease, profits are not guaranteed and there is a risk for investors not to receive the whole amount invested. “Fondpolica” is suitable for clients who are looking for long-term protection and investment. Given the specifics of Unit-linked Life insurance, early termination of such policy may have unfavorable reflection of investment performance.
